TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF CARRIAGE & NOTICE TO SHIPPERS
All customers agree to all terms and conditions of travel and shipping found at www.sgshuttle.ca as applicable.
LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY – “SG Shuttle” or “the carrier” is responsible only for transportation on its own lines, in accordance with applicable tariffs and limitations, and assumes no responsibility for any acts or omissions of others, including interline partners, except as imposed by law. In no event shall the carrier be liable for consequential or incidental damages for losses, or delays, including weather delays.
TICKETS – Tickets are limited as endorsed and are not transferable. The unauthorized resale of tickets is strictly prohibited and will be prosecuted. No reservations are accepted, unless expressly stated otherwise. Tickets are valid ONLY for the scheduled date and time for which purchased.
TICKETS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE.
TRAVEL – Travel departure dates and times may change. The carrier is not responsible for delays caused by breakdowns, road conditions, weather and/or other conditions beyond the carrier’s reasonable control. Seating is on a first come/first served basis and is without regard to race, color, creed, national origin or any other protected characteristic.
FARES AND FEES – Fares are valid ONLY for the scheduled date and time for which quoted. Discount fares are subject to date, time and schedule restrictions. Fares may be subject to additional charges including taxes, fees and carrier price differences. More information on specific fare classes and restrictions can be found at the on www.sgshuttle.ca
SPECIAL FARES – Special fares are subject to availability. If quoted fare price is no longer available at the time of final booking, the current price will be displayed as an option.
Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by someone age 21 years or older
SMOKING IS PROHIBITED.
BAGGAGE – Each passenger is allowed one piece of baggage (no heavier than 23 kg), not including one carry-on item (no heavier than 10 kg). Extra baggage is subject to a fee of 15 CAD per piece; up to 2 extra pieces (per passenger) is allowed. Dangerous goods are prohibited on the carrier; this includes toxic or hazardous materials, firearms and/or other weapons. Further details can be found on www.sgshuttle.ca
